Antony House
Antony House is a handsome early Georgian mansion on the Rame Peninsula, home to the Carew Pole family for centuries. Its restrained classical façade looks out over lawns and parkland sloping toward the Lynher estuary. The gardens, partly shaped by Humphry Repton, mix formal terraces with woodland walks and modern sculpture, and film fans may recognise the grounds from Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland.
- Georgian classical mansion
- Repton-influenced parkland
- Woodland sculpture garden
Best for a refined house paired with a striking garden walk.
