The Hardmans' House
59 Rodney Street — known as The Hardmans' House — is a beautifully preserved mid-20th century photographer's home and studio in Liverpool's Georgian quarter, offering a rare glimpse into the working life of society photographer E. Chambre Hardman and his wife Margaret. The rooms still hold their original darkroom equipment, cameras, prints and personal belongings, frozen in the 1950s and 60s. It is a touching and deeply personal time capsule of Liverpool professional life.
