Watersmeet House
Watersmeet House stands at one of the most enchanting spots on Exmoor, where the East Lyn River and Hoar Oak Water tumble together through a steep, wooded gorge near Lynmouth. The Victorian fishing lodge, now a NT base, sits in the heart of a National Nature Reserve where ancient oak woodland clings to the valley sides and the sound of rushing water is ever-present.
