Brancaster Estate
Brancaster Estate stretches along the north Norfolk coast, taking in dunes, mudflats, salt marsh and the wide beach at Brancaster itself. The Trust looks after this fragile shoreline for the wildlife it shelters, from oystercatchers and brent geese to the seals offshore. Walk the coast path at low tide and you get sky, sand and birdsong, with the wreck of the SS Vina sometimes showing on the sands.

- Coastal birdwatching
- Salt-marsh walks
Best for blustery beach walks and serious birdwatching on the Norfolk coast.
